The waiting list opened on July 7, 2015  (at 8:00a.m.) and will close on July 10, 2015 (at 12:00p.m.)

If you’re interested in applying you can access the on-line application by clicking on the link below. ONLY Persons with disabilities requiring assistance to complete the Pre-Application, may apply in person: Between the hours of 8:00am to 4:00pm on Tuesday July 7, 2015 through Thursday July 9, 2015 and ending Friday July 10, 2015 between the hours of 8:00am and 12:00pm at: 2575 Lone Star Dr., Dallas, TX 75212

A Lottery System will be used to rank all Pre-Applications. Once the lottery is complete, the first 5,000 applications in the lottery will be retained and all other applications will be discarded. Then, a notification will then be sent to those Pre-Applications retained, informing them of their status and order on the waiting list.

The Santa Ana Housing Authority utilizes a waiting list lottery system for the HCV waiting list opening, and 5,000 qualified applicants will be placed on the waiting list via a random lottery when the application period for the waiting list ends.
