From Everett’s Housing Authority website: “The Everett Housing Authority (EHA) will open site-based Project Based Voucher waiting lists to applicants for three EHA owned properties. Information about the Bakerview (2605 15th Street, Everett, WA 98201), Grandview (718 Linden Street, Everett, WA 98201) and Pineview (222 ½ 98th PL. S.E., Everett, WA 98208) properties can be found on our website at www.evha.org.

Applications may only be submitted through our on-line application system and will be ordered by date and time. The application can be completed using any web browser including on smart phones. Applicants must have an e-mail address. Applicants who require a reasonable accommodation should contact EHA at (425) 258-9222. Applications information line (425) 339-1002.”

Voucher Waitlist Application Information

From Fairfield’s Metropolitan Housing Authority website:

“Pre-Applications are available online in English and Spanish. Families can access public computers or work with social service caseworkers if they don’t have internet access at home. By visiting our website, families can also use their smart phones to apply. Applicants may also access our website through a computer in the FMHA office lobby during regular business hours. After a successful submission, applicants will receive a receipt with a confirmation number.

A computerized “lottery” program will be used to select names, within preferences, from the Waiting List. To retain your preference, the selected applicants must still have the preference(s) which allowed them to be pulled from the Waiting List at the time of selection and continue to maintain that preference(s) through the process until you receive your voucher.”

KANKAKEE COUNTY HOUSING AUTHORITY – SERVES KANKAKEE COUNTY, IL

Voucher Waitlist Application Information

From Kankakee County’s Housing Authority website:

“Application will be available at: KCHA Administrative Building, 185 N. St. Joseph Ave, Kankakee, IL  60901, 815-939-7125

Applicants must apply in person and have a current photo ID with them.

The information required for the application is as follows:
1.  Head of household name;
2.  All family members names, ages and sex;
3.  Income sources and amounts.

Applicants must be at 80% or lower than median income to be eligible for the program or classified as very low or low income as defined by income limits published by HUD in the Federal Register for Kankakee County.

Preferences have been established and will be followed in placement, selecting and housing from the waiting list followed by date and time received.

Preferences in order of point value (highest to lowest, one (1) being the highest):
1.  Working individuals/families who live and/or work within the jurisdiction of the KCHA;
2.  Other individuals/families who live within the jurisdiction of the KCHA (disabled persons to have same preference weight as working individuals);
3.  Working individuals/families who live outside the jurisdiction of the KCHA;
4.  Other individuals/families who live outside the jurisdiction of the KCHA (disabled persons to have the same preference weight as working individuals).

Preference Points will be verified when KCHA is ready to offer a voucher.

Applicants applying from outside the KCHA’s jurisdiction, if selected, must live within KCHA’s jurisdiction for a minimum of 12 months from date of admittance into the program.

The Kankakee County Housing Authority’s jurisdiction is defined as Kankakee County.”
